The orders are placed - the food arrives, and we chomp away
The speeches are mixed in cleverly, by the MC of the day

So we meet anywhere, in the DC-metro area precincts
We have singles and couples; young ones and elders too
The right spicy mix of greenhorns, and the experienced few
C&C's a speciality club, that's less than a year old now
If you want to know what's special; do join us for a dinner chow

Bragging rights apart; we are pretty modest...it's true:)
